These crispy baked chicken wings are the BEST. This dish is so inexpensive to make and very easy to prepare! I recommend serving it with arugula (with your dressing of choice), cornbread (or keto bread), and ranch dressing to dip. I like to prepare these in the morning, let them marinate all day, and bake them as soon as I get home from work.
Serves: 2
𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨:
6 chicken wings
3 tablespoons avocado oil
5-6 tablespoons Sriracha
1/2 tsp. onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:
1. Preheat the oven to 450°.
2. Combine chicken wings, onion powder, salt, pepper, 3 tablespoons avocado oil, and sriracha in a bowl.
3. Stir together and if you desire, refrigerate it for up to 24 hours prior to baking.
4. Cook for 25 minutes and turn the wings over.
5. Cook for 25 more minutes and turn the wings over.
6. Cook for 15 more minutes if you would like them to be extra crispy (which is what I like).
