I think that sometimes you just need a Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie (or 3) with a glass of ice-cold milk. The holidays are the perfect time to cheat on your diet a little bit and splurge on these tasty treats! These cookies are soft, chewy, and absolutely delicious. You’re going to want to make these, trust me!
𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup butter (unsalted)
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 bag of chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup peanut butter
𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨
1. Combine the first 4 ingredients together; set aside.
2. Beat the butter and peanut butter until smooth.
3. Beat in the white sugar and brown sugar until blended.
4. Add the eggs and vanilla; beat that in with the hand mixer as well.
5. Fold in the flour mixture with a rubber spatula.
6. Shape into 1-inch balls.
7. Place 2-inches apart on a non-stick cookie sheet.
8. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
