This hummus recipe is very delicious, affordable, and easy to make! I’ve been experimenting around with eating vegan and vegetarian lately. I love this hummus of vegetarian wraps. My go-to wrap has been on a gluten-free tortilla with roasted tempeh, arugula or mixed greens, goat cheese, avocado, and plenty of cucumbers.
Ingredients
15 oz. can of chickpeas
2 tablespoons Tahini
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 cup roasted red peppers
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Sprinkle of onion powder
Sprinkle of turmeric
Pinch of salt & pepper
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Use an immersion blender or food processor to combine.
3. Serve with tortilla chips.
