Tis’ the season to break out the cocktails and to enjoy some well-deserved time off with loved ones. I was so happy to have received a message from Corina Belle-Isle of Corina’s Switchy. Her message was so incredibly touching to me because I recently have been feeling somewhat stuck in a rut. I have never had a conversation with her prior and don’t know her personally, but her message to me was the following:
“You are so sweet. I understand how hard it is to have a business. I also understand self-doubt. If not for all the amazing emails and the feedback we get from our customers I’m not sure we would have come this far. All I can say is keep the faith! And then I saw some of the clients you have worked with and I thought to myself this woman knows what she’s doing. Go get ’em! We’re cheering you on!”

As if by some karmic twist of fate, Corina told me what I have been needing to hear for the past few months. It honestly gave me exactly what I needed to keep going and to honestly work on this 10x harder because I feel truly seen and appreciated for the work that I do. I thank you for that, Corina.
Now, what the heck is Corina’s Switchy?
It’s a majorly delicious non-alcoholic lime, ginger, and apple cider vinegar beverage. I would describe it as a cool, crisp, fizzy, and totally sippable beverage for year-round consumption. As a lover of fresh ginger flavor, I can say that I’m a big fan! I’ve never been a soda drinker and I find Corina’s Switchy to be the happy medium for me between soda and seltzer. I could see myself cracking a cold one of these open on the water this summer and being perfectly happy with foregoing beer or cider. However, if you’d like to try a cocktail that tastes amazing at any time of the year, here’s two that I created with love for you to try out. 👇
Mango Lemonade Fizz Recipe
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz. Barr Hill Gin
- ½ cup Santa Cruz Mango Lemonade
- 1 cup Corina’s Switchy (½ cup in each drink)
- 2 sprigs of fresh mint (for garnish)
- Ice cubes for the cocktail shaker
Directions:
- Fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add your favorite gin ~ mine is Barr Hill Gin!
- Add the Santa Cruz Mango Lemonade.
- Shake for about 30 seconds.
- Distribute the mixture evenly between 2 martini glasses.
- Top each drink with 1/2 cup Corina’s Switchy.
- Stir to combine (I used a chopstick to do this).
- Add the fresh mint to the top as a garnish.
Strawberry Lemonade Fizz
Serves: 2
Ingredients:

- 1 cup Corina’s Switchy (½ cup in each drink)
