If you’re being bullied, please realize that it has nothing to do with you and everything to do with how those people are feeling about themselves and their current life situation. There’s very good chance that people who hate on you and try to bring you down have something going on inside themselves or in their own lives that they are feeling insecure about. They will to try bring you down to their level so they don’t feel so alone in their misery which is actually quite sad.

Please reach out for help if you are struggling. There are people out there (myself included) who would be happy to help you or to simply lend an ear if you need it. It may be slightly controversial but, I encourage you to call people out if you feel like they are disrespecting you or someone else. You shouldn’t have to withstand abuse to save face.
Work on building your individual resilience, instead of worrying about what others have to say. Why? Because in the end the only person you’ve got is yourself. So, take care. ❤️
